Coaching is all about bringing clarity within change
Change is a constant in our lives. How could you make the best of it? How could you live your best life?
Services
Coaching is about discovering the your strengths, values, meaning, resources, achievements and using them to champion, encourage, support and challenge you to achieve your dreams and desires.
Anxiety Coaching
In the rapidly and continuously changing world, anxiety is a byproduct. More often than not, we find out about it when it gets out of control, but any moment is the best possible one to chose to change this. It is about the old beliefs which no longer serve us and about discovering strengths and values hidden under our surface.
Executive and Leadership Coaching
Refers to coaching the leading players within organizations. Most often it looks specifically at emotional awareness, team communication. Executive coaching may also involve elements of strategic planning, organizational structures and culture
Weight-Loss Coaching
Supporting you throughout the process of getting the desired weight and keeping that weight consistent. In the same manner as anxiety coaching, I consider this one of the most rewarding lessons we can learn about ourselves, with huge impact across all the areas of our lives.
About
I am Sabina, Certified Life, Leadership and Executive Coach.
My bachelor degree is in Computer Science with a MSc in Information Security. I work in the corporate world for over a decade as an engineer, leader and manager.
I have enjoyed most of my career building and developing teams, mentoring and coaching my team mates and fellow leaders and managers.
I understand the corporate world, the IT/Computer Science world, the language, the processes and the challenges faced by individuals and teams in this world.
My motivation to become a certified coach was driven by my personal and professional values and passions. I value authenticity, kindness, justice and honesty. I am passionate about enabling change, bringing the support which energizes you in your life and career changes. In my professional and personal life I enjoy structure, organization and personal processes.
My personal motto is ‘Life begins at the end of your comfort zone’ (Neale Donald Walsh), and this is all about change and developing myself as a person and as a professional. I understand change and the challenges of change. Most often than not, change brings joy and struggle. I understand that when struggle is reduced as much as possible, people are kinder with themselves and to others.
My goal is to increase kindness in the world, one client, one team at the time because that’s a world worth living in.
I heard ‘kind’ perceived meaning is soft, as opposed to strong, decisive and I’m clarifying what kind is in my context. Kind is strong, powerful, decisive, honest, of integrity, trustworthy, authentic, just. Kind people support the environment, save children from burning buildings without a second thought for their own safety, manage successful teams and they are admired and respected by their teams, volunteer to save sick, starving people and children in war affected areas, and the examples of kind people can fill pages here.
My personal preferred definition of coaching is that coaching is all about bringing clarity within change. Enabling change helps people struggle less and therefore be kind to themselves and with others.
Coaching, from my perspective, supports you to clear your mind and thoughts, organize your strengths and resources, passions and aspirations, values and energizing you to achieve your goals and desires.

"Ambition. Self Confidence. Structured thinking and career path. Sabina's real values-centered guidance was the key to an amazing propulsion from a student with no specific career plan defined to an independent engineer with leadership and good technical skills, in a short time. She had a natural and 'educated' skill for identifying my strengths, my weaknesses and she gave me the tools for creating the 'me' that I am today. The world is full of leaders, mangers and bosses and finding a really good coach is not easy at all. The day I started the coaching sessions is the day I started creating my real me and my career, and not just going to an 8 hours daily job. Thank you for making this possible!"

"Sabina and I first crossed paths professionally and later on personally, as we became friends. Her decision to become a Certified Coach made me very glad, as it felt as if she finally got the formal recognition for what she was doing anyway for years. She possesses truly impressive technical and managerial skills, but I believe that more important and more rewarding for her has always been the coaching work she has been doing all this time with her team members and peers. Witnessing the easiness with which she brings clarity and structure, both professionally and personally, I realize that it most probably has to do with her wonderful mix of compassion, intuition and intelligence. Yet most of all, what Sabina brings to the world as her own unique gift is the most genuine desire to help other people grow. I couldn't recommend a kinder, smarter or more dedicated Coach than her."

"Sabina helped me improve my vision about myself, the way I see myself, when all I was able to see in the mirror was an overweight version of myself. She helped me believe in myself, to trust I can lose weight, to be more optimistic."
